Lisanne Blain

Enseignante de Yoga

I discovered yoga ten years ago when my life was rhyme with stress and performance. Without knowing it, I had just found a lighthouse that would guide me in my quest for meaning.

Since 2018, I have the privilege of sharing the benefits of yoga with the students who cross my path. Passionate and curious, I constantly train myself to take my practice even further. Sometimes gentle, sometimes more vigorous, my classes are imbued with benevolence and are inspired by the magic of human experience and the elements of nature.

Julie Senécal

Enseignante de Yoga  // Méditation Pleine Conscience // Autrice

Like running, swimming, cross-country skiing or cycling, it is to spend my excess energy that yoga first attracted me 15 years ago. And little by little, I felt the change take place. I was breathing better. I was calmer. Less anxious. Less lost in the cogs of my mind. It was then that I knew yoga would be my sweet revolution.

From my career in communication, I made the leap to teaching yoga. opening the door to this vast and fascinating environment that is wellness. I then discovered a real way of life. Whether by teaching yoga, by events, workshops or retreats, I remain an eternal student and my teaching is constantly evolving. But all this, always with respect, creativity, laughter and a touch of madness!
